HAVE YOU EVER TRIED TO MEMORIZE SCRIPTURE?
Maybe you did while you were a kid in Children’s Ministry when Mrs. Suzie told you there would be a prize for the student who memorized the most Scripture at the end of Bible Class.
For many of us – this discipline stopped once we grew older and didn’t have anyone challenging us to do so anymore. Well, today that’s going to change!
JOIN ME IN MEMORIZING SCRIPTURE!
God’s Word is truly a light to my path (Psalm 119:105). Scripture says “Be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power. Put on the full armor of God.” To truly be able to do this we need to know what God has told us through His Word.
*Directions: You, or even along with others, can take groups of Scripture (3-5 Passages) at a time and set a goal date to have them memorized by; preferably 2-3 days. Join back together and see how well you’ve done. Celebrate with each other! Encourage anyone that might struggle, or everyone for that matter! And repeat.
